Cut strip, desired width x width of fabric....Place right sides together
then cut a rectangle from your strip....

Where the solid line on the ruler crosses each of the arcs, it creates
a point.

Center that point on the ruler halfway between the 2 corners
of the rectangle....TIP: If you have difficulty centering the ruler
on your rectangle, cut a piece of masking tape the same width
as your rectangle, make a mark in the center of the tape
and place on cutting mat.


Rotate the ruler until the edge of the arc hits the edge of your rectangle...

Cut that edge with 28mm rotary cutter following the inside curve, always
placing you hand under the desired arc size....

Rotate rectangle after cutting....

Place the ruler on the rectangle, centering the bottom point on the
solid line....


Rotate the ruler until the arc hits the edge of the rectangle....

Follow the inside edge of the ruler using 28mm rotary cutter, always
placing fingers below the size of the desired arc...

TA-DA!!! Finished product!!!
