Cut rectangle desired size of oval....RULE: The SHORT SIDE
of the rectangle has to be ONE of the numbers listed on the
ruler... (This example is a 5"x8" oval)

Take the rectangle and press in half....

Press the rectangle in half again....(Fingers pointing to the folds)

Line long fold with the solid line, horizontally. The short side of the
fabric, line up with the desired size of arc....

Cut along the edge of the arc using a 28mm rotary cutter...Always
placing your hand below desired arc when cutting!!!!
